The Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Hussein Amir Abdollahian warned all the parties who operate, instigate and support the takfiri groups.
Abdollahian, who was delegated by the Iranian government to join the official condolences on the Iranian embassy victims said "We warn all those who facilitate smuggling weapons to the Syrian territories that in turn move to the neighboring countries."
"These terrorist crimes cannot make Iran deviate from its maxims," the Iranian diplomat said.
Abdollahian also stressed Iran's support for the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, accentuating "Iran sees security in Lebanon as important as its national security," he emphasized.
Moreover, Abdollahian held the Zionist entity blamed on Thursday for the twin-suicide bomb attack targeting the Iranian embassy in Beirut by using takfiri tools.
Abdollahian, in an interview with al-Manar TV on Thursday denied the formation of a joint security team with the Lebanese security services, expressing confidence of the Islamic Republic in the Lebanese apparatus to detect terrorists involved in the bombings.
The official also revealed his meeting with Hizbullah Secretary General, Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah, where he tackled latest events and developments in the region with his eminence.
On the same note, Iranian Majlis Chief Ali Larijani condemned the act, asserting "A group of infidel terrorists claimed responsibility for the incident but there is no doubt that the greatest beneficiaries of these events are the US and the Zionist regime (Israel), which had hoped for many years for tension in Lebanon and a rift between Muslims."
Larijani stated that the US and "Israel" have been trying in recent years to heat up the Syrian arena to harm the resistance front and drive a wedge between Muslims. Hinting at Gulf nations who were involved in these actions over the past several years, he noted "We must tell them that we are aware of their activity and involvement in the establishment of these groups. There is no doubt that the extremist Wahabi movement is behind the incident."
