Syrian Army, Resistance Seize Zahra Neighborhood in Zabadani

More military achievements of the Syrian army and the Islamic Resistance continue in Zabadani in the countryside of Damascus as they took over the entire western neighborhood as well as the Zahra neighborhood - the area extending from al-Qalaa Mosque till Barada Mosque.
These neighborhoods are characterized by heavy buildings and narrow streets in addition to being a stronghold for the armed groups. Accordingly, by seizing the area, the militants within the city center were suppressed.
Furthermore, a field official of the "Ahrar al-Sham movement" called "Abu Ali Shdid" was killed during clashes with the Syrian army and the Resistance revolutionaries.
Nonetheless, scores of insurgents had been killed and wounded as the Syrian army's air force and tanks shelled the armed group's positions near the station roundabout to the east of the city.
On the other hand, seven militants were killed after "Daash" targeted one of their vehicles in the Gas Plant area surroundings the village of Dodian in the northern outskirts of Aleppo; henceforth, the attack also killed and injured a number of "Daesh" militants.
Consequently, in Deir al-Zour, "Daesh" detained 30 civilians in the towns of Hatla and Husseiniya Village on charges of "violation of the organization's orders"; they were taken away to centers in the vicinity of al-Jufrah village to have them dig trenches in the region.
