«Israel» Resumes Work in Occupied Shebaa Farms

Bulldozers of the apartheid "Israeli" regime Monday resumed construction of a route in the occupied Shebaa Farms that had been halted following an accident last week, Lebanese state media reported.
The National News Agency said that bulldozers were accompanied by a heavy deployment of "Israeli" soldiers.
"Israeli" Occupation Forces [IOF] had been excavating and constructing a road between the Blue Line, which is the internationally recognized border, and "Israel's" so-called "technical fence," south of the divide.
"Israeli" drones flew at a medium altitude over Hasbaya areas, Mountain of the Chief [Jabal al-Sheikh], and the Shebaa Farms as bulldozers resumed work.
They stopped work on the 2-km road after a collision last week between a military vehicle and a bulldozer.
Lebanese Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil sent a formal letter to the Lebanese delegation at the United Nations in New York on Friday, urging them to file a complaint with the UN Security Council regarding recent "Israeli" border violations.
The road is meant to create a passage between that section of the occupied Shebaa Farms and the nearby occupied Kfar Shuba hills.
The apartheid "Israeli" entity violates Lebanon's sovereignty on an almost daily basis, as aircraft and navy boats regularly encroach on Lebanon's borders and conduct surveillance operations of the army.
