On the Lebanese ongoing problems, as-Safir newspaper wrote:

Less than two weeks before the 45th presidential session, we can say that it is the first time since the beginning of Aoun-Hariri dialogue more than two years ago, nominating "General Aoun" became seriously dealt with among the "Future Movement", regardless to whether it would lead to a tangible solution or to more complication in the presidential issue.

In further details, Foreign Minister Gibran Bassil's plane kicked off from bierut to New York, most of the Lebanese official delegation members discovered that the Head of the "Free Movement" is not onboard. Hours later, the Middle East flight landed in Paris where Bassil mounted onboard.

Following, whispers started as the delegation landed in New York regarding the truth behind the Parisian stop, and whether Bassil had met the Head of "Future Movement".

This happened noting that Hariri had just returned Wednesday evening from Riyadh to Paris, without his visual and read media outlets "succeeding", since 11 years, in capturing a photo of him offering congratulations to King Salman bin Abdul Aziz in the Saudi Royal Hall on the first day of Eid al-Adha.

In this context, we shouldn't turn a blind eye on the truth of the mission which the American Ambassador to Lebanon Elizabeth Richard said she is assigned to accomplish before returning to Beirut. She summed it all up saying it is to disintegrate Hizbullah's system.

Relatively, it is not secret that the Saudis are not satisfied with Saad al-Hariri because he cannot bridle Hizbullah.

For its part, al-Jomhouriya compared the Lebanese political situation to a person "waiting" on the edge as storms are hitting from everywhere.

First of all, they are waiting the results of the US elections in which Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are competing. They are also waiting what is going to happen with the Syrian truce and breaking it under the Russian-American agreement. Third comes waiting the "Free Patriotic Movement's" escalation and the following results. And fourth comes waiting the Lebanese efforts to elect a president amid setting the national dialogue on hold, and the ongoing communications to re-assemble the government.

The newspaper further noted that among the awaited issues is that of the Lebanese presence in New York where important and fateful meetings are being held regarding the Syrian migration.

In this respect, two statements will be delivered, one by US President Barack Obama and the other for United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki Moon. Both statements tackle the issue of naturalizing all migrants and refugees, which means that Syrians in Lebanon are included.

In the meantime, the region is witnessing new developments, especially in Syria, where there are continuous ceasefire attempts paving the way for a political settlement.

The paper sums up noting that Lebanon goes to New York empty-handed, with a reeling government, inoperative parliament and vacant presidency, as well as disagreement on naming the military commanders.

Moving to Yemen, al-Akhbar newspaper wrote the following:

Governor of Aden Aidroos Zubidi urged the southerners on September 10 to join together under a "single political component" who carries the cause of the south and unites the positions on the separation.

The call followed a secret tour he made to the United States after visiting Abu Dhabi and Riyadh lately. While neither the results of the visit nor the issues discussed with the Americans have been publicized, it visit seems aiming at obtaining the green light for moving towards Emirati sponsored separation.

According to information received by al-Akhbar, Zubidi's call came under an Emirati order and back up. This was represented in the recent visit Deputy Chief of Dubai Police Dhahi Khalfan has made to Aden, in which he met the Emirati forces leadership in the southern city as well as several officials.

The unannounced visit of which only few photos have been leaked resulted in surprising stances. The most distinguished is that governors of Dhale, Abyan and Lahij declared they accept al-Zubidi's call during a meeting with him on September 15.

This further stresses that the Emirates is pushing towards "unifying the southerners" in a single component before producing a leadership that would demand separation making benefit of the situation in the south and the continuous vaccum there since the "coalition" forces controlled the southern provinces.
