Two blasts have killed at least 25 Iraqi people and wounded forty eight others in Baghdad's central Kasra district, police has said.
A car bomb went off in central Baghdad on Monday and after police and civilians rushed to help the wounded a bomber blew himself up among them, killing at least 25 people and wounding 48 in the double strike, Reuter reported.
Police said the death toll could rise further.
The blast took place a day after a female bomber wearing an explosive vest blew herself up, killing three people and wounding five others at a hospital west of Baghdad.
The dead were two women and a 10-year-old girl, according to Police and hospital officials.
