Rashida Tlaib Under Attack After Promoting ‘From the River to The Sea’ Post on Twitter

US Representative Rashida Tlaib [D-MI] found herself in the middle of controversy this week when she promoted a tweet reading “from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.”
The post also included an “International Day of Solidarity” picture.
Tlaib, who won reelection in November, later deleted the tweet, reposting a message that read: “Thinking of my sity [grandmother] Muftieh and family in Palestine today. From Detroit to Gaza, we will always fight against oppression and inequality.”
Zionist groups generally regard the statement as referring to the eradication of the ‘Israeli’ occupation entity.
“Rashida Tlaib RT’s out the same message that got Marc Lamont Hill canned from CNN,” the group said.
“From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be Free – code for eradicating […] ‘Israel’ and its millions of Jews. Reminder – this is a sitting US Congresswoman.”
Lamont Hill, 41, was fired from CNN in 2018 after delivering a speech at the UN calling for a “free Palestine from the river to the sea.”
