Ghaani Praises Palestinian Resistance’s Performance

The head of Al-Quds Force in Iran’s Revolutionary Guard, Ismail Ghaani, had phone calls with the heads of the Hamas and Islamic Jihad Resistance groups in Palestine, Ismail Haniyeh and Ziad Nakhaleh.

Ghaani praised Hamas as offering a “unique and successful answer” to the Zionist entity.

The top Iranian commander emphasized that the Islamic Republic of Iran supports the Palestinian right to confront “Israeli” violations and crimes. He further praised the steadfastness and the courage of the Palestinian people in defending their land, sanctities, and rights.

Ghaani also applauded the performance of the Palestinian resistance and its ability to defend the Palestinian people. 

In parallel, he denounced the enemy's practices that run contrary to all international norms and laws.

For his part, Haniyeh praised Iran’s assistance and said that the fight against “Israel” is the battle of all Muslims.

Similarly, Nakhaleh affirmed the steadfastness and resistance of the Palestinian people and their insistence on defending their sanctities with all their strength, determination and will. 

He pointed out that the resistance in Gaza entered the battle at the request of the people in All-Quds and Palestinians both at home and abroad. 

“Our people will not accept to stop this battle before the enemy stops its incursions into the blessed Al-Aqsa and ends its attempts to control the neighborhoods of Sheikh Jarrah and the Bustan in Al-Quds,” Nakhaleh was quoted as saying. 

He also praised the Islamic Republic’s positions as well as its leadership, government, and people in their support for the Palestinians and their cause by all available means.
