Hezbollah Offers Condolences to the Palestinians on the Passing of Leader Ahmed Jibril

Hezbollah offered its deepest condolences on the demise of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine – General Command [PFLP-GC] leader Ahmed Jibril.

Hezbollah issued the following statement:

Hezbollah offers its heartfelt condolences and sincerest sympathy to the Palestinians and their resistance factions, as well as to the leadership and members of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine – General Command on the passing of the great Palestinian leader and resistance fighter, Ahmed Jibril “Abu Jihad”. May Allah have mercy upon the deceased who lived a life of resistance, jihad and sacrifices on the path to Palestine, as he offered his son Jihad as a martyr for the sake of its pure soil.

Palestine and its cause had been his life’s work, as he spent his life in the battlefields, believing in the continuous struggle as the only path to liberation. He was committed to the truth and never deviated from it. He believed in the unity of the resistance fighters and the mujahedeen on various fronts. He was determinant, highly-spirited and courageous. His distinct qualities put him in his rightful place in the history of Palestine and the region.

The Palestinians have lost a valuable figure in honor and sacrifice. Our solace is that our nation and the Palestinians are following his lead towards liberation, resistance and victory.
