Lebanon Reports 314 New COVID-19 Cases, 2 More Deaths

Lebanon registered 314 coronavirus cases and two deaths in the last 24 hours, the Health Ministry said Sunday.
The new figures raise the total number of infections in Lebanon to 547,811 and 7,875 deaths since the virus was first discovered in February 2020. Out of the new numbers, 35 were found among travelers arriving in Lebanon.
A further 1,867 first dose coronavirus vaccines were administered in the last 24 hours, while 1,163 second doses were given out, for a total of 588,209 individuals, or 12.3 percent of the eligible population, who are now fully vaccinated.
