Gaza resistance fighters have been firing deeper into the occupied territories in recent days and a spokesman for the armed wing of Hamas vowed on Tuesday rockets would be fired even further if Israel doesn't halt its savage attacks on the Palestinians in Gaza Strip.

"We tell the leaders of the enemy -- if you continue with your assault, we will hit with our rockets further than the cities we have hit so far," a spokesman for Ezzedine al-Qassam Brigades said in televised comments after announcing that the Brigades was able to launch about 150 rockets on the occupied territories and settlements regardless of the continued Israeli air strikes on Gaza.

He also warned that ‘Israelis' living in settlements around the Gaza Strip should leave their homes or risk being hit by more fire from inside the besieged enclave.

"If you decide to enter the Gaza Strip, the land in Gaza will burn under your feet and it will explode under your soldiers and Gaza children will collect parts of your bodies and tanks from the streets," he said. "Our message to the Zionist community is this -- your own leaders are spilling your blood to win an election," he said, referring to snap legislative polls called for February 10.

"If you think that Hamas and Al-Qassam will be crushed, we will rise up from the rubble," he said.

Amid Israeli claims that it destroyed the infrastructure of the Palestinian resistance in Gaza, more than 150 rockets and mortar shells are being fired at occupied territories on daily basis so far killing three settlers and one occupation soldier and injuring two dozen ‘Israelis' more, some seriously, indicating that the resistance in Gaza has never lost momentum.

Hamas has also warned, for the first time since January 2005, it could launch martyrdom operations deep inside occupied territories in response to the bombardment.

Hamas spokesman, Fawzi Barhoum, rejected a truce with the ‘Israeli' occupation saying that the "Palestinian people who resisted and fought for many years won't yield to the Zionist entities' arrogance". This entity "wants to suppress the people of Gaza and liquidate its resistance fighters".

Barhoum said that talks to stop the fighting and to enter into a truce between ‘Israel' and the Hamas movement would be "a matter of bargaining between the victim and the executioner." Barhoum called on Arab and Islamic countries "to unite and stop this aggression, lift the siege, open the crossings and rebuild Gaza."
