Address: "Martyr Imad Moghnieh Street, Tehran"

A special ceremony was held in the Islamic Republic of Iran today, to mark the launch of the name ‘Martyr Imad Moghnieh' the commander of the two victories on one of the streets of the capital Tehran.

According to Mehr News Agency, the launching ceremony of the commander's name Moghnieh to a street in the capital Tehran, took place in the presence of the family of the martyr and some members from the Beirut Municipality, in addition to the head of Tehran City Council and other local officials.

It is noteworthy to mention that the street which now carries the name of the martyr Commander falls in Central Tehran, previously known as Baharan Street, in close proximity to Martyr Khaled Islambouli Street (the Egyptian soldier who assassinated former Egyptian President Anwar Sadat).
The head of Tehran City Council Mehdi Jamran met before the ceremony with the family of the martyr Moghnieh.
