Our holy martyr once said that the most meaningful and deeply respected act of his life was delivering a speech in support of Yemen, when the Americans, on a dark night, activated their tools among their regional allies and launched a siege and a war against Yemen—the land of love and pride—causing immense destruction and spreading death and massacres throughout its lands. Yet Yemen stood firm and resisted with bare flesh, never breaking down. Can dignity ever be broken in the hearts and minds of people rooted in honor and heritage?

Year after year, Yemen is still fighting in the name of noble justice, pure authenticity and Arab identity in its deepest, truest sense.

Therefore, it is no surprise that the injustice inflicted upon Yemen has turned into live ammunition in the fight against the enemies of God and humanity. We see the people of Yemen—free from luxury, indulgence and worldly desires—fighting to support the truth and all the oppressed.

Every time Ansarullah in Yemen launches a missile into the heart of the enemy, the news feels like a refreshing drink to the hearts of resistance supporters everywhere. Eyes light up with pride and love here in Dahiyeh [Beirut’s southern suburb].

Here in Dahiyeh, where the wound of orphanhood is still fresh and bleeding in the hearts of the people, the statements of the Yemeni Armed Forces come as a touch of love upon hearts filled with loss. Here, the voice of Brigadier General Yahya Saree, the official military spokesperson, has become a comforting voice for the people of the Resistance. They wait for his announcements with certainty, knowing he comes only to deliver good news for them and all the free people of the world—news of a fresh stab in the throat of the usurping entity.

Here, souls greet the appearance of Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi with chants: “At your service, noble descendant of the Prophet, generous son of the generous. At your service, O supporter of God, of truth, and of the oppressed. At your service, O patient and noble leader, O dear to our most holy martyr [His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah] and to all martyrs—those who have fallen and those still waiting. O courageous leader, who has never changed.”

With the good news of Ben Gurion Airport being targeted by a missile from the land of pride, the announcement could be seen in people’s hearts—it echoed in their voices as they chanted Takbir [chants of God's greatness], praise and gratitude. When Brigadier General Saree appeared to declare an aerial blockade on the “Israeli” occupation entity—in addition to the naval blockade—the people of the Resistance returned in spirit to the moment when their holy martyr once told them: “Look at it burning,” affirming that “’Israel’ is indeed weaker than a spider’s web.”

Just as joy is shared, so is pain. The hostile fire that violates every moral and human sanctity—when launched from American, “Israeli,” and even “Arab” warplanes over the heads of innocent civilians in Hodeida, Sanaa and Saada—wounds us here too. Whenever this common enemy strikes a city, a street, or a facility in Yemen, a vein bleeds in us. Here in the suburbs, an artery in the heart is torn. The pain is shared, along with the certainty that every blow of treachery will be answered a thousandfold on behalf of the martyrs.

The response will come from the sea—now under the command of those who embody dignity and pride. From this point forward, it will also take the form of an aerial blockade, tightening the noose around the Zionist entity even further in response to its relentless arrogance and continued aggression against Gaza and Lebanon.

The announcement of the aerial blockade hit the enemy like a thunderclap. As the “Israeli” daily “Maariv” reported: “The Houthis’ declaration of an aerial blockade on ‘Israel’ will lead to more airlines announcing flight cancellations in the coming days and will drive up insurance premiums for flights bound for ‘Israel’.” For the people of the Resistance, it was like a balm of ice upon hearts scorched by pain—an act of justice that soothed the wounds of ongoing aggression.

In Dahiyeh, on what was supposed to be an election day intended to capture people’s attention, local affairs were forgotten at the moment of the announcement. The people lifted their gaze toward Yemen, and with hearts full of pride, they cried out: “My beloved Yemen.”
