Fadlallah demands there be no stalling in giving compensation rights

Member of Loyalty to the Resistance bloc MP Hassan Fadlallah visited the Minister of Public Works and Transport, Ghazi al-Aridi.

After the meeting, Fadlallah said that the meeting dealt with "overall public affairs and an update on some of the projects earmarked for the South in light of the trip he made to the Bint Jbeil area. We have agreed on the need to speed up the completion of projects for the region and the southern regions and the need to remove the obstacles facing these projects."

Fadlallah affirmed that Minister Aridi, "promised us to complete these projects in the coming weeks without linking them to the due parliamentary elections."

"Enough of withholding compensations, holding up of development projects, procrastination, delaying and obstructing rights from compensation funds, from reaching their due owners, after they were already paid by donor Arab States, when after three years, these compensations are still fully withheld," Fadlallah added.
