Raad: Resistance is not a war project ~ Enemy can no longer prevent our investment in our own water resources

The head of the Loyalty to the Resistance bloc MP Mohammad Raad, stressed during a political meeting in Harouf town -south Lebanon, the decision of the resistance in the next phase is to protect the achievements of the second phase of the Litani project adding: "The enemy is no longer able to prevent us from investing in our water resources on our land."

He added: "The resistance will protect every accomplishment and will stand by the National Lebanese Army on the protection of all the people's achievements in Lebanon."

MP Raad pointed out that "The resistance is a project not of war but stability in the country, no one can frighten the people of the resistance-a project of building a state that represents people's choices."

He spoke of the majority's performance during the past few years, saying "The most that could be provided by the entirety of projects implemented by successive Governments in recent years, does not exceed $7 billion, where is the alternative to cover this debt?

Doesn't raising fuel tax make low income taxi drivers and citizens the ones who pay the public debt, while owners of companies and major capital funds have tax exemptions?
