Raad meets Lahoud: Jumblatt reconsidering stances, hopes it will lead to reconciliation

Loyalty to the Resistance bloc leader MP Mohammad Raad said after meeting with former President Emile Lahoud on Monday that Democratic Gathering bloc leader MP Walid Jumblatt was reconsidering his political stances.

Raad said he hoped the issue would pave the way to forge a reconciliation between different political parties and to ensure national unity.
He called on all to avoid discussing the Hizbullah cell discovered in Egypt earlier this month in the media.

He said that there were no major problems between Speaker Nabih Berri and Change and Reform bloc leader MP Michel Aoun concerning the parliamentary seats in the Jezzine district in the upcoming parliamentary elections.
