The head of the Change and Reform parliamentary bloc announced on Thursday his bloc's electoral lists for the Metn and Jbeil districts.

Running for Metn are: MP Ibrahim Kenaan, Syrian Social National Party official Ghassan Ashqar, MP Salim Salhab, MP Ghassan Mukhaiber, Ghassan Rahbani, MP Edgard Maalouf and MP Nabil Nicolas.

The Jbeil list includes MP Abbas Hashem, FPM official Simon Abi Ramia and MP Walid Khoury.

The General called on voters not to exclude any name from the lists and vowed that his party would "protect the residents of the Metn, and eliminate the authoritarian era when the people were subjected to blackmail."

He also recalled that selecting the candidates was subject to specific standards, expressing hopes to re-gain the trust and confidence of Lebanese citizens. He noted that the Free Patriotic Movement (FPM) electoral platform would be announced on May 7.
