Yazbek: We look forward to a parliament opponent to US project & a Lebanon springboard for resistance

Hizbullah Consultative Council member His Eminence Sheikh Mohammad Yazbek addressed those who judge the opposition for its performance if it wins the parliamentary elections saying "Give the opposition an opportunity, after that you can judge it and not in advance, allow the people free election."

His Eminence continued: "The state is responsible for everything that happens in the Bekaa, as it forces some inhabitants to go to illegal means in acquiring their sustenance:

- Where are the alternative crops that they had promised?
- What is the budget for agriculture in Saniora's yearly financial budget?
- Or are we only required to pay taxes?"

His Eminence added "We see a national and religious responsibility in the parliamentary elections, we do not differentiate between the two, we look forward to a parliament that contravenes the American project in order for Lebanon to become a springboard for reluctance, resistance and supporter of the free world."
