Fadlallah: Opposition will go through elections unified & will seek victory

According to member of Loyalty to the Resistance bloc MP Dr. Hassan Fadlallah "the opposition will enter the parliamentary elections unified and will seek to win. Despite the fact that there is a detailed objective discussion related to an electoral seat in Jizzine district and regardless of the formula we will reach in that district, the results will be in the opposition's interests."

MP Fadlallah also said that a great deal of intimidation "is being applied in the political discourse, some of it is escalatory, and discriminatory on the levels of confessions and sects, evoking a language from a long past that can neither have links to nor aspirations for the future, nor the capacity to change the equation."

"Yet all this evocation will change the elections outcome, it is simply an election speech that ends at the closure of the voting boxes, when each team returns to their political calculations," the Hizbullah MP added.
