Member of Loyalty to the Resistance bloc MP Nawwar Saheli considered the visit by U.S. Secretary of State to Lebanon, despite her pronouncements of the rejection of interference in Lebanon's internal affairs, a direct intervention in the forthcoming elections through its support of the Cedar Revolution and the (so-called) 'moderates'.

Saheli, in an interview to the Nashra website, saw that Hillary Clinton came to support what remains of her allies, without visiting them, because she has nothing to offer them, since the U.S. project has become exacerbated in the region.

Commenting on uncovering more than 3 "Israeli" Mossad spy networks on Lebanese territory, Saheli indicated that "This confirms what we say about 'Israeli' ambitions, and the Lebanese as a whole ought to realize that our only enemy is the Zionist entity."
