Candidate Farhat: We hope to achieve the required status & based on our path

Hizbullah candidate for the Shiaa seat in Ba'abda district, Dr. Bilal Farhat, as announced by Hizbullah yesterday, hoped, during an interview with Al-Manar television channel, to achieve through his nomination, the required status in the context of the current course.

He said "I joined the world of public service in a certain period, and for a period of time it was mainly involved in municipal work in al-Ghobeiry area. I had to give up that post later on due to concerns and commitments."

"His Eminence the Secretary-General and Hajj Mohammad Raad, the head of the bloc, clearly marked the way fully, we do need to repeat ourselves because these are clear matters. This is a path we have no conflict or contradictions in" he said.
He added "Matters have moved in a new direction in our world, the continuity of our lives, the different worlds of medicine, service or politics all converge onto one path-our continued course of action, along which we now enter a new battle, hoping to achieve the required status God willing."

Dr. Farhat is from al-Ghobeiry town, he is a known doctor and former lecturer at the Royal British College, he is also an active member of the medical and scientific community.
