Candidate Sukkarieh: All who side with the U.S. project, side with Zionism

Hizbullah candidate for the Baalbek-Hermel district, the retired Brigadier D. Walid Sukkarieh said Resolution 1559 was issued after the American project stumbled in Iraq, and he said, asking whether the Lebanese people themselves elected or chose resolution 1559 to disarm the resistance?! No one asked them! ...

The United States and France took the decision and dictated it to us for implementation only, to get Syria out of Lebanon and to bring about a political coup. A major event of the magnitude of the assassination of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri had to happen.

Hence Syria was accused to induce a revolution in the streets that led to 'March 14' taking the reigns of rule, Syria got out of Lebanon, and the ruling team demanded for the resistance to be disarmed. Samir Geagea and former President Amin Gemayel were brought into government, and now they are the ones who decide the future of Lebanon.

Today, when 'March 14' team failed to disarm the resistance peacefully, they turned to "Israel", hence the July war.
One year after the elections were held in summer of 2005 when 'March 14' took office, the July 2006 war against the resistance was launched, surprised by the abject "Israeli" military failure, they started stirring sectarian strife in Lebanon and called the resistance victory a 'Shiaa-Iranian' victory!!
Sukkarieh considered anyone standing by the U.S. project, are actually standing by Zionism, whether they know it or not!
