Hizbullah: Recent flood of U.S. stands clearly indicate an annoyance toward the popular embrace of Resistance

Hizbullah issued the following statement as a response to U.S. comments and stands towards the results of the parliamentary elections:
Hizbullah strongly condemns the continuation of the United States' blatant and overt interventions in Lebanon's internal affairs, especially in terms of the statements made by its officials regarding the results of the recent parliamentary elections and their attempts to dictate and impose their categorizations on the Lebanese.
Hizbullah sees in the recent flood of American stands a clear message of annoyance toward of the volume of popular backing the resistance and its options received in the elections. For this reason, the U.S. re-launched its unjust classifications of terrorism against Hizbullah along with its false accusations of our none-adherence to democracy.
Hizbullah stresses that its existence and the opposition in Lebanon form a strong barrier against the American projects of sedition and Washington's rude interventions in Lebanon's the internal affairs. The fate of Lebanon can only be decided by the Lebanese themselves.
The stands expressed by Hizbullah and the Lebanese opposition regarding the recent elections constitute an example model that can be followed and emulated by Washington and many others in the world who make claims to being democratic.
