Sayyed Fadlallah welcomed "The positive political climate that has rapidly emerged in the wake of its elections," he said, referring to "The importance of its reflection at popular level, especially on the Islamic scene which has suffered shocks and tensions propelled by political and electoral rivalry, creating an unhealthy state and sectarian tensions, the reparation of which requires everyone's cooperation."

Sayyed Fadlallah also stressed, "The need for alert on the internal front in the coming stages, to enhance the conduct of a capable and just state, and to draw a clear graph that depicts the path of the confrontation against the 'Israeli' dangers that are escalating day-by-day."
