Speaker Nabih Berri completely rejects any conditions on his re-election for the next parliament speaker, As-Safir daily reported on Friday.

The newspaper added that Berri received an official invitation from Saudi King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz to visit Riyadh.

Berri in turn told a close source that he will respond to the invitation after the election of a speaker, the formation of a cabinet and the issuing of the new ministerial statement.
