Hizbullah condemns the terrorist bombing attack in Sadr City

Hizbollah Site Staff, 25-6-2009
Hizbullah issued a statement today commenting on the terrorist bombing, which killed and wounded 171 people in Sadr City.
It says the following:
Hizbullah strongly condemns the terrorist attack that targeted a market in Sadr City and views the ongoing mass murder, on the eve of the planned withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraqi cities, as dangerous acts that may again hurl Iraq in the depths of sedition, to portray the Iraqis as being unable to manage their own affairs.
While Hizbullah warns against being drawn into this seditious project, which serves only the U.S. occupation, Hizbullah also calls on the Iraqi brothers to advocate the logic of unity, to deny the opportunity of spreading hatred on all those who want sedition for Iraq.
Hizbullah gives its warmest condolences to the families of the martyrs of injustice and calls on God Almighty to envelop them with His omnipresent mercy, and to grant the wounded a speedy recovery.
