An-Nahar newspaper reported on Tuesday that during the parliamentary consultations on the formation of the next cabinet on Monday, Speaker Nabih Berri informed Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri that the opposition will not accept having less than a third of the cabinet's seats.

The daily read that Hariri refrained from responding to Berri's demand.
All blocs within the opposition are adamant about receiving the guaranteeing third vote within the next government, An-Nahar added.
