Hizbullah issues a statement Commenting on the ‘March 14' Secretariat's invitation to the opposition to help resolve the so-called General Aoun problem, it is Hizbullah's concern to clarify the following:
First: The statement issued by the ‘March 14' Secretariat-General does not help at either language or content levels in facilitating in the government formation, as the fabrication of crises and the instigation of political tensions are worthless, since they do not form a path that assists the Prime Minister-designate to speed up the government formation.
It would have been more appropriate for the ‘March 14' Secretariat-General not to resort to the creation of friction only to indicate its existance and presence, proving its presence and effectiveness could have been better done through positive words and deeds that help bring comfort to the Lebanese.

Second: There is no such thing as a problem named "General Aoun problem" the opposition can offer assistance to resolve, there are natural rights for the general as the head of the second largest parliamentary bloc in the country, he has the right to demand a certain number of ministerial portfolios, and to name whomever he wishes for these ministries. Dealing with these rights takes place through dialogue and understanding, not by directing accusations nor by spreading tense media rhetoric, which does not benefit the PM-designage and is detrimental to the country's much longed for formation course.

Third: The talk by ‘March 14' Secretariat-General about the oppostion hiding behind General Aoun is worthless talk with no value whatsoever. It only confirms the validity of what was said of them as "Guys living in a another world altogether", and it shows their attempt to hide the real problems some of ‘March 14' have regarding numbers and certain portfolios.
