Hizbullah Media Relations official, Dr. Ibrahim Moussawi said, "Observably, the ‘Tair Felsay' incident was taken in two-ways, whereby Lebanese media outlets were divided into two parties, one that took all media and professional standards into account and another which adopted the ‘Israeli' version, a matter arousing surprise, censure and condemnation."

Moussawi, said in a television interpolation: "The ‘Israeli' version and their lies were not supposed to be adopted by Lebanese and non-Lebanese media outlets" wondering the reason behind "The enthusiasm for adopting the ‘Israeli' story, although they did not have any evidence to embrace such a version."

Moussawi asked "Why this enthusiasm by Lebanese official sides and local media to accept as true the ‘Israeli' version which serves the interests of the ‘Israeli' enemy."

Moussawi pointed out the need for the incident's file to be placed in the Information Minister's care, who has to complete its investigation, because some Lebanese media outlets dealt with the topic in a manner that brings joy to ‘Israelis', stressing that the Information Minister is demanded to address this issue.

Moussawi also addressed the way the Lebanese National News Agency (NNA) dealt with this incident, in that it rushed into adopting reports by ‘Reuters' News Agency", asking, "Is it rational for the official NNA to report the news of another agency?" He added saying that "Such an occurrence is unprecedented."

In this context, Moussawi said, "The NNA quoted ‘Reuters' Agency about 5 people killed in the incident, yet after ‘Reuters' withdrew its news article, the NNA kept broadcasting it for more than a day and a half, without refuting or confirming the report! This matter falls within Information Minister's authority."

As for the video tape broadcasted by Al-Manar television channel, Moussawi said: "It refutes the ‘Israeli' version in a bullet proof manner."
