Minister of Labour in the caretaker government, Mohammad Fneish hoped efforts and contacts continue to form a national unity government, pointing out that our political reality imposes that upon us, warning against deviation attempts toward exclusivity in rule that does not serve the interests of the country or stability.

Fneish added saying: "There exists now a national conviction for having a national unity government, requiring the last phase of obstacles-seemingly internal- facing the government formation to be crossed."

Fneish's words came during a ceremony he sponsored in recognition of the transport unions in Lebanon, organized by Hizbullah's central unit for workers and trade unions.

Fneish continued "We must not be provoked by statements made here and there by those who appoint themselves as guardians of government formation, conducting themselves as if they are the ones granting or withholding this or that portfolio, who accept or reject this or that minister! Their stands are still governed by delusions of being able to disrupt existing consensus round the partnership Government formula, something they cannot achieve."
