Wanted Dead or Alive!
Between 1,166 and 1,417 Palestinians were killed, more that 400,000 Gazans were left without running water, tens of thousands of people homeless, while their homes were destroyed, amid the three-week Massacre in the Gaza strip during the winter of 2008-2009.
In April 2009 a UN mission was established headed by Judge Richard Goldstone and produced a report in September 2009, accusing the "Israeli" War Forces of crimes against humanity, and counselled bringing those responsible to justice.
On Monday, a British court issued an unprecedented arrest warrant for "Israel's" former foreign minister Tzipi Livni over crimes committed in Gaza this year.
Livni had been due to address a meeting in London on Sunday but cancelled her attendance as soon as she was aware of the warrant against her, although Livni's office denied that, claiming that her appearance at the London event was cancelled two weeks ago due to a scheduling conflict.
The warrant was rescinded once it was discovered that Livni wasn't in the country.
The Westminster Magistrate's Court issued the warrant at the request of pro-Palestinian activists, knowing that Livni, head of the opposition Kadima party, played a key role in decisions made before and during the three-week Gaza war.
Livni Responded to the warrant saying: "I have no problem with the fact that the world wants to judge "Israel", yet I won't accept any accusations that compared "Israel" soldiers to terrorists."
Livni's office added that the opposition leader was proud of all the decisions she made as foreign minister during the Gaza war, and that she achieved her goal of bringing security to "Israel" and protecting its citizens.
The "Israeli" Foreign Ministry called on British government to fulfill its promises and prevent an abuse to the British legal system against "Israel", warning that the lack of firm actions aimed at repairing the situation will harm the relations between both of the countries.
The British Foreign Office issued a statement on Monday, "The UK is determined to do all it can to promote peace in the Middle East and to be a strategic partner of "Israel", yet "Israel's" leaders need to be able to come to the UK for talks with the British government." it said, adding that the UK is looking urgently at the implications of this case.
This has happened before in 2004 against "Israel's" then war minister, Shaul Mofaz, yet Mofaz was granted immunity from international arrest and trial, of where such protection was given to foreign ministers or premiers, according to the British court.
As well as in 2005, Doron Almog a retired "Israeli" general, returned to "Israel" without leaving the plane that had landed him in London after learning an arrest warrant had been issued against him.
Pro- Palestinian activists in September, sought to have War Minister Ehud Barak arrested over his role in Gaza, yet the request was denied on the grounds of diplomatic immunity.
An identical statement by another firm of London solicitors was issued to arrest visiting "Israeli" officers or military personnel.
Bill Bowring, a professor of law at the University of London, said the threat of prosecution is making it increasingly difficult for "Israeli" officials to travel abroad, adding that what's happening now is under a quite old legislation, under the fourth Geneva Convention of 1949, that says, if a person anywhere in the world commits grave breaches against civilians then that person should be arrested and prosecuted wherever they turn up in the world.
Tzipi Livni, Ehud Olmert, Ehud Barak, Doron Almog aren't the first to commit crimes against humanity, here is a brief reminder of some of the individuals whose documented actions constitute prima-facie evidence that they have committed war crimes against humanity:
Suspect # 1: Amir Peretz, former leader of the Labour Party, ordered the aerial bombardment of villages and cities in Lebanon 2006 war, in addition to ordering the shelling of Beit Hanoun on November 2006.
Suspect # 2: Binyamin Ben Eleizer, head of the Sayeret Shaked IDF unit, ordered the killing of 250 Palestinian fighters shortly after the ‘67 war ended, in addition to leading a policy of extra judicial killings, collective punishment and the shelling of residential areas in the West Bank and Gaza, when acting as Minister of war between March 2001 and November 2002.
Suspect # 3: Avi Dichter, Head of the Shabak, was part of a group which ordered the assassination of Salah Shehadeh, the commander of the Hamas Military wing, the assassination was carried out by dropping a one-ton bomb on Shehadeh's house, causing the deaths of 15 people, including 9 children and injuring dozens more.
Suspect # 4: Carmi Gilon, head of the "Israeli" Internal Security services, ordered the torture of Palestinian detainees which included tying a person in painful positions for hours and days, depriving the person of sleep and food, exposing him to freezing temperatures and isolating the person from the outside world.
Suspect #5: Dan Halutz, as Chief of Staff, orders air strikes on villages and cities in Lebanon, causing destruction and killing for 34 days.
Suspect # 6: Eliezer Shkedy, head of the "Israeli" Air Forces, was responsible for thousands of fighter Jet sorties, which bombed residential areas in Lebanon on 12th July 2006.
Suspect # 7: Gabi Ashkenazi, as Chief of Staff ordered "Israeli" army to attack densely populated areas in the Gaza strip, the suspect was also part of a group which implemented a siege on 1.5 million people in the Gaza strip, denying them a regular supply of food, water, medicine, fuel and electricity for 18 months.
There are more suspects ahead, yet we stop at # 7 as it signifies victory, hoping to reach victory to the arrest of these criminals very soon!

Victory, yes victory!
It is a matter of international ignorance until the arrest the Israeli war criminals will be put into action. There have been other war criminals who have been arrested such as the demonic Radovan Karadzic, leader of the Serbs who called for the order of killing (ethnic cleansing of) innocent non-Serbs in the 1990's. If Tzipi Livni is arrested for war crimes, or even Ehud Barak, the Knesset and US government will do anything to call for their release. For those nations who do pursue war criminals, they must remain steadfast and fight for justice to those who deserve it. I agree that this is a small step that will lead to victory. Hopefully it will be a victory that will lead to nations waking up from ignorance and arrogance, which will lead to the imprisonment of all war criminals such as recent US presidents and officials.
