Ashura rally at the Fatima gate: Down with “Israel”

Amid the constant "Israeli" threats to Lebanon, of which the latest was that of War Minister Ehud Barak, thousands of southerners in Lebanon were shouting slogans such as "death to Israel" only one meter away from the borders with the occupied Palestinian.
Thousands of supporters of Imam Hussein (A.S.) arrived to Fatima gate in Kafarkila village in the South to commemorate Ashura in a rally that was organized by Hizbullah.
Participants chanted slogans, held banners as marched in the rally towards the Fatima gate. Member of Hizbullah political council MP Ali Fayyad, Sheikh Khodor Noureddine as well as religious scholars headed the rally. Participants were of the different religious sects in the region who came in support of Imam Hussein (A.S.).

Right in front of the "Israeli" location at the Fatima gate, participants gathered, where sheikh Noureddine gave a speech in which he asserted support of the Palestinian people. He stated that the Lebanese people will support the Palestinians and their cause as they are people of a certain right and will take it back as the occupation is not eternal.
Sheikh Nouredinne also asserted that the resistance has all the right to resist the "Israeli" occupation, which is a legitimate and sacred right on both levels, the international and the social.
