Suleiman sought importance of establishing an advancement workshop

President Michel Suleiman welcomed the Lebanese Prime Minister Sa'ad Hariri in Baabda Palace, who greeted him for the holidays and talked with him about some proposed issues to be discussed in the cabinet by the start of next year.

Michel Suleiman, the Lebanese President, sought the importance of starting a repairing workshop in organizations and departments, in order to fill in all gaps, leading to an organized work and management, shedding the lights on stating a policy for appointments and filling gaps, which relies on competence, integrity, and sacrifice as major standards.

The Lebanese President cited the work that the military and security systems have done to establish stability and asked them for more work that act to be the true and actual guarantee for the security of the country and its people, with the help of organizations doing the right job. He also noted that political crisis no longer effect negatively the stability or the progress of the country.

Suleiman believes that situations are going to be better, especially after Lebanon has re-gained the trust of the outside and Arab world, especially the trust of the Lebanese immigrants, considering that as a motivation for Lebanese officials to start the Advancement workshop, which helps achieve stability and prosperity.

He also called upon the military and security system to be aware and ready to face any aggressive "Israeli" plans. This came in his meeting with Dr. Isam Suleiman, the president of the Constitutional Council, along with members of the council, who greeted the president for the holidays and talked about making the location of the Constitutional Council permanent, with participating in the International Conference for the Union of Courts and Constitutional Councils in Lebanon in the year 2011.

The President declared the Council's efforts, stating his support on giving the Council a permanent office. He also noted the importance of the Council's work on the coming up level, especially that explanation of laws and purifying them of gaps and impurities, will be needed in the soon to be worked with advancement workshop.
