Lebanese President Michel Sleiman reiterated on Tuesday that Lebanon holds steadfastly onto liberating every inch of its still occupied land as well as the "right of return" for Palestinian refugees, recalling that Lebanon managed through its people, army, and resistance to force "Israel" to withdraw from most of the territories of the South.

"Lebanon reiterates its commitment liberating or recovering its remaining occupied territories in the Northern Part of the Ghajar village, the Kfarshuba hills, and the Lebanese Shebaa farms, through all legitimate means available. Lebanon also strives to implement Security Council resolution 1701 in all its provisions" the President added.

On the other hand, Sleiman stressed that any discriminatory procedures which may put the Lebanese, especially the air travelers, under doubt and harassment cannot but be a subject of condemnation and criticism.

The Lebanese President reiterated Lebanon's keenness on the freedom of the press in the face of any decision that may ban TV channels, including Lebanese ones, from satellite broadcasting.
