"Israel's" ambassador to Germany, Ron Prosor has called Berlin the entity's biggest friend in Europe, praising Germans' efforts to block EU’s boycott campaign against "Tel Aviv" amid the Gaza genocide.
“There is no doubt that, despite all criticism, Germany is our greatest friend in Europe and 'Israel’s' second most important strategic partner in the world after the US," the ambassador said in an interview published on May 10.
He spoke highly of the former Chancellor of Germany, Olaf Scholz for his extraordinary support for the entity's genocidal war on Gaza.
“I would like to stress that after October 7 the German government under former chancellor Olaf Scholz stood firmly with us.
The number of German politicians who visited "Tel Aviv" – the president, the chancellor, the president of the Bundestag, ministers – is without any comparison to other European countries."
He continued by praising Germany for its role in safeguarding "Israel" against a European boycott as well as promoting the Zionist narrative within educational spheres through the EU.
"On the academic level the Germans already assist us a lot in the EU in face of countries that wish to see the EU boycotting "Israel."
Asked about the reason behind German people's hatred towards "Israel", the entity's ambassador identified Germany's Muslim population and its left-wing party as the engines that enlightened the German population about the atrocities against Palestine.
“Berlin was always a center of antiestablishment movements and multiculturalism. It has a big Muslim immigrant community.
Thus a combination of the Muslim migratory elements and a very strong progressive Left was created," he said.
