"Israeli" forces killed a Palestinian resistance fighter and wounded two young girls in the Gaza Strip in two separate incidents on Thursday, according to medics.
The Palestinian was martyred and another wounded when a tank fired on a group of resistance fighters east of Gaza City, according to Muawiya Hassanein, the head of Gaza emergency services.
According to "Israeli" media, the "Israel" Air Force conducted a raid on the northern Gaza Strip near Karni Crossing, where the fighter was martyred.
The identities of the two Palestinians has yet to be determined.
Meanwhile, the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, Hamas' armed wing, said that one of its members was killed Thursday morning during a "special mission". It did not give any other details.
Hours earlier, an "Israeli" tank shell exploded further south, wounding two Palestinian girls aged five and nine near their home in the Boreij refugee camp east of the Strip, Hassanein said.
