Jewish Settlers Torch “Lubban” Mosque in West Bank…Occupation Forces Demolish Mosque in Gaza Strip

A mosque was torched in the north of the occupied West Bank before dawn on Tuesday in an attack blamed on Jewish settlers.
The mosque, located in Lubban ash-Sharqiya some 10 kilometers south of Nablus, was largely destroyed in the attack, said the town's mayor, Jamal Daraghma.
"The settlers set fire to the mosque. Witnesses heard the sound of their cars near the mosque at around 3:00 am and saw them through the window setting fire to the books inside," Daraghma said according to AFP, adding most of the mosque had been destroyed.
The town is located next to three Jewish settlements: Eli, Maaleh Levona and Shiloh.
On April 14, a mosque in the village of Huwara was vandalized. Residents found graffiti, including a Star of David, scrawled on the walls. Meanwhile, intiqad.net correspondent

The vehicles, including at least two military bulldozers, entered approximately 500 meters, destroyed farmlands and opened fire on unknown targets in the Ad Dahiniyya fields east of the airport and started demolition act.
