She further explained "We have filed a complaint against 150 defendants of which some are European firm owners who sell arms that are used in the onslaught on the Gaza Strip and Palestine."

According to the lawyer, the complaint will also be supported by important documents, reports and even photos - which all have reference- showing the crimes recently committed in Palestine that have caused serious humanitarian catastrophe.
A number of European lawyers take part in the complaint, in addition to Amjad Shammout, a lawyer from Jordan.

Al Khansa said that the follow up of complaints on "Israeli" aggressions against Palestine takes place as the ICC has accepted the complaints but has not started investigations yet.

As for Lebanon, Al Khansa says "we already have filed seven complaints to the ICC, but have not received green light yet to proceed in further action."
