"Israeli" occupying forces deputy chief, Benny Gantz said that Hizbullah grew tougher since the "Israeli" withdrawal from Lebanon. Yet referring to Syrian verbal escalation, and the diplomatic known and unknown letters, which are related to the rise of events on the northern front, Gantz says that no sides have interests in that, although saying the "Israeli" army is ready to fight in the front if needed.

Gantz spotted the light on the tension in the northern front, stressing on the importance of awareness from the current calm status quo.

Gantz's remarks came in an interview with "Israeli" Channel 1, on the tenth year anniversary of "Israel's" withdrawal from Lebanon, in which Gantz had a major role as the former commander of the linking unit in Lebanon.

"Israeli" occupying forces deputy chief also mentioned that the "Israeli" army was roughly criticized by the way they withdrew from Lebanon, adding that they left behind many gadgets, which remained in the hands of Hizbullah.
