According to Zionist "Yedioth Ahronoth" newspaper, a new plan was presented to the "Israeli" government, which aims at returning 75 thousand immigrant settlers to occupied territories, through giving them privileged with exemptions from taxes.
The newspaper added that this would be the first time that newcomer settlers and settlers who immigrated and then came back would be in the same status.
It is noticed that the number of Zionists who left the occupied territories and then came back, decreased in the year 2010. The newspaper referred that the Zionist government will start working on its plan by next Sunday, knowing that it would cost the government 100 million shekels.
Each coming-back Zionist settler will receive three privileges, which are an exemption of income taxes for a year and a half, an exemption from custom taxes for ten years, vocational training and loans for small businesses.
