"Israeli" army forces have been using force against Palestinian journalists for the past 10 days in the West Bank, leaving dozens of them wounded.

On Wednesday, "Israeli" forces attacked three journalists and injured several others.

The army also arrested one Palestinian and one "Israeli" journalist, the Reporters Without Borders reported Wednesday, noting that such incidents are on the rise in the region.

"More than 30 journalists have been physically attacked and injured by members of the "Israeli" forces since the start of the year," Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) quoted the group as saying.

The media advocacy group further called on "Israeli" army officials "to investigate these cases and punish the soldiers responsible."

In the latest incident on May 23, "Israeli" soldiers fired a tear-gas grenade at a cameraman working with the satellite TV station Al Quds.

The man was covering the weekly protest against "Israel's" separation wall in the West Bank village of Beit Jala, 10 kilometers south of Al Quds (Jerusalem).
