ECESG: "Freedom Flotilla 2" Starts Forming With 3 New Ship Loads

The European Campaign to End the Siege on Gaza (ECESG) announced that it has gathered the funding of the first three ships, which will be part of the second convoy to free Gaza, under the name of "Freedom Flotilla 2".

Arafat Madi, head of the campaign, published a statement which read that they have been receiving extensive calls to launch a new convoy to free Gaza, consisting ships carrying more aids and activists that the first Freedom Flotilla.

Madi revealed that the cause of Arab, Islamic, European, and Western demands for a new convoy to free Gaza was because of the "Israeli" massacre against the civilians aboard the first Freedom Flotilla.

On the other hand, the Arab international committee for reconstructing Gaza reported that it started receiving hundreds of requests from all over the world, stating the urge to participate and support "Freedom Flotilla 2", which will be scheduled to head to Gaza in the upcoming few weeks.

"Freedom Flotilla 1" was violently attacked by the "Israeli" naval commandos, more than a dozen civilian activists were killed, and almost 60 were wounded by the brutal attack.

The "Freedom Flotilla 1" was carrying 10,000 tons of humanitarian aid and construction kits, in addition to hundreds of passengers from over 40 worldwide countries.
