Iranian Defense Minister: Regional Security Should be Restored

Iranian Defense Minister, Ahmad Vahidi (Wahidi), confirmed that the tour he conducted recently to different countries in the region, come in the light of Iran's will to develop its cooperation with neighboring and regional countries, forming better and firm relations.

Vahidi stressed in an interview, that Iran shares joint interests with countries it aims at building firmer relations with, especially concerning the regional security, where all parts believe that it should be restored.

Concerning the recent "Israeli" clashed on the Lebanese borders, Wahidi referred that the Zionist entity is the cause of constant tension between sides in the region, praising the Lebanese army for its stance in resisting the enemy and defending its country.
