Erdogan Rejects Iran Sanctions, Praises Bilateral Relations

According to BBC, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan stressed that through his constant talks with the Islamic Republic of Iran officials, the latter country does not seek any nuclear armament.
In this context, Erdogan affirmed hat his country would not adopt any imposed sanctions against Iran over its nuclear program over unjust allegations.
"Presently, it is "Israel" that possesses nuclear weapons in the region, a matter also highlighted by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA)", the Turkish PM further explained.
Recep Tayyip Erdogan continued saying, "We think further sanctions based on allegations and speculations are unfair and no one can expect Turkey, which has trouble-free relations and a long border with its eastern neighbor, to apply such restrictions", stressing on his country's rather good relations with Iran.
The United States has for long wanted impose a fourth round of sanctions against Iran over its nuclear program, where after pressuring the UN Security Council, it succeeded in doing so.
Iran has repeatedly proved that its nuclear program is strictly for peaceful measures, especially that it is under the supervision of the IAEA, the UN nuclear watchdog, in addition to being a signatory in the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).
