Hariri Hosts Lunch in Honor of Nejad, Quartet Meeting Held in Grand Serail

Lebanon Prime Minister Saad Hariri hosted a lunch in honor of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad at the Grand Serail according to a statement issued by the PM's press office on Thursday.

President Michel Suleiman, Speaker Nabih Berri, Phalange Party leader Amin Gemayel, Change and Reform bloc leader MP Michel Aoun, the Iranian delegation as well as several other ministers and MPs attended the lunch.

Hariri met Ahmadinejad during which the two discussed the latest developments as well as bilateral cooperation in presence of Iran's ambassador to Lebanon Ghadanfar Rokon Abadi, according to the statement.

Al Manar tv channel reported on Thursday that Prime Minister Saad Hariri, President Michel Sleiman, Speaker Nabih Berri and Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad held a quartet meeting at the Grand Serail in Beirut.
