Speaker Berri: Lebanon Should Invest in Political, Natural Oil

Lebanese Speaker of Parliament Nabih Berri stressed on the importance of protecting the Christians of the east, referring to Lebanon's role and responsibility in this domain.

Berri believed that enhancing the Christians' situation in the east, is a protection for the diversity present in the region, which is completely opposite to the "Israeli" racist scheme.

Furthermore, Speaker Berri said that Lebanon should invest in the political oil, in reference to the Syrian-Saudi efforts, in addition to the natural oil discovered in its waters, after passing the oil drilling law months ago.

Speaker Nabih Berri stressed before Members of Parliament present in the Ain Al Tineh meeting on Wednesday, on the importance of increasing the framework of the parliament and parliamentary commissions in all fields.
