Ahmadinejad: Lebanon in Need for Unity, Lebanese People Capable of Solving Internal Problems

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad confirmed that the Lebanese people are going through a historic stage, referring that Lebanon is in need for unity in light of the arrogant attempt to divide it.

In a speech he delivered in the city of Yazd, President Ahmadinejad referred that the Lebanese people are capable of solving their own problems through agreement, warning against "devilish" attempts to separate between them.

On another hand, Iranian President affirmed that the Iranian people will not give up their right to possess a peaceful nuclear program despite foreign pressures to sabotage it.

President Mahmoud Ahamdinejad added that many are the countries that sought to sabotage the Iranian nuclear program and failed to do so.

Ahmadinejad stressed that there are two choices for these countries; either continuing their sabotaging schemes and failing before the Iranian people's will, or cooperating with Iran on its nuclear program under just and independent standards.

On the level of the Tunisian crisis, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad referred that the Tunisian people has stood with their Islamic banners against the dictatorship of their country.

Ahmadinejad urged the Tunisian people to be aware of the conspiracies planned by their enemy against their country. Iranian President also confirmed that the west is well aware that they can't impose their regime on the Tunisians.
