Qahwaji: Army Insistent on Spreading Security, Stability, Regardless of Political Developments

Lebanese Army Commander General Jean Qahwaji said that the exceptional field measures adopted by the Army units in the various Lebanese regions, have met the comfort of all Lebanese citizens and different political, spiritual, and popular figures.

Qahwaji stressed on the Lebanese army's total readiness at all times when needed.

He also expressed the army's insistence on spreading security and stability, regardless of the political developments witnessed in Lebanon.

General Jean Qahwaji confirmed that the army will keep a lookout for those who attempt to trigger conflict, or exploit current circumstances to escalate tension and jeopardize the citizens' lives.

Lebanese Army Commander also praised the army soldiers' efforts and sacrifices they have presented for the welfare of Lebanon.
