Former PM Saad Hariri called on "All people to stay committed to the highest level of caution and be aware of the risk of slipping into suspicious calls."

He expressed regret over the riots that targeted the security apparatuses and the Lebanese army, in addition to Al Jazeera crew members, further noting that "Anger should not be expressed through cutting streets, burning tires, and attacking others no matter what the intentions are."

Hariri believed it is his duty to express total refusal to all riot and outlaw practices which have deteriorated the noble aims of their movements.

Former PM Hariri referred that Tripoli has stated its stance, stating that there are sides that wanted this stance to burn, adding "We can follow the example of March 14 force since 2005 and the democratic life of former PM Rafiq Hariri".

Saad Hariri also added that it is not their aim to be in the government or for him to go back to the premiership, clarifying what he had said before, that the dignity of the country and the citizens is more important to him than any powerful chair.

"Our goal is to protect the country from attempts to dominate its decisions and to protect our political path from conspiracies, in addition to protecting the civil peace", Hariri stated.

Former Lebanese PM added that this is a strictly national appeal, and it has never been sectarian.

Hariri pointed out that the national speech should rise, especially when feelings of rage reach their peak.

Saad Hariri addressed his followers saying, "You are furious people, but responsible for the safety of Lebanon, I understand your feelings and cries of outrage".

"You are the protectors of civil peace, coexistence, and the first defense line. Keep your heads up and I will be with you in the good and sorrow to hold the state and its institutions' banners, and defend Lebanon's sovereignty no matter what were the sacrifices", Hariri stated.

Furthermore, former PM Saad Hariri addressed his followers saying they should maintain the democracy of movements and riots, saying that he will remain with them within the democratic system to protect Lebanon.
