President Suleiman: Challenges Faced Impose Having Government Capable of Confronting Them

Lebanese President Michel Suleiman expressed relief for restoring the calm situation in all regions.

Suleiman praised the Lebanese army and the security forces for doing their duty in maintaining restrain and security status quo.

The Lebanese President called upon everyone to have insight in the upcoming situation which carries along many challenges.

He added that this situation imposes an important urge to have a government which confronts these challenges on one hand, and on the other hand launches again the government's capabilities in several levels.

Furthermore, in a meeting with former Members of Parliament, Mansour Alboun, Ismail Sukkariyeh, and Masoud Al Hajiri in the Baabda Palace, President Suleiman discussed the latest political developments on the internal level.
