Lebanese Communist Party Secretary General, Khaled Hadadeh received Wednesday afternoon Iranian Ambassador to Lebanon Ghadanfar Rokon Abadi, where both sides discussed latest developments on the regional level in general, and on the Lebanese level in precise.
Rokon Abadi stated that he discussed with Hadadeh the Iranian-Lebanese bilateral relations, in addition to the achievements accomplished by the Islamic Republic on different aspects.

Iranian Ambassador said, "Given the many shared aims between Iran and the political positions of the Communist Party, it'd be normal to stress on enhancing these relations. We agreed on the constant service of the nation's major issues, and of the interests of the Islamic Republic and the Lebanese Republic".

Ambassador Rokon Abadi praised the Communist party's stance in supporting the resistance and calling for achieving social justice, which is considered a principle to Iran for supporting justice and rightful causes.

On his part, Khaled Hadadeh confirmed his party's support to the Arab popular revolution, warning from any attempts to abort these revolutionary movements which have succeeded.
Hadadeh affirmed that imperialistic interferences are seeking exploitation of the aforementioned revolutions, so that they would serve the US-Zionist scheme in the region.

Head of Lebanese Communist Party stated, "We support this movement and the immunization of the national patriotic stances that stand by the people's side".
"In this context, we have confirmed our view of the popular youth campaign held in Lebanon calling for the removal of the sectarian regime, and believe the campaign should be of the obligatory concerns of the Lebanese people", Hadadah added.
